The memorial took place outside the same home near 77th Street and Rhodes Avenue where Stephon Jacobs was found with a f4t4l g*nsh0t injury during the early morning hours of June 7.

Loved ones released dozens of blue and white balloons while sharing prayers, memories, and messages of hope.
