Aiken County, South Carolina – The search for 4-year-old Javeayah Kemauni Harris continues as local, state, and federal agencies work together in an extensive effort to bring the young girl home.

Investigators say the operation remains active, with hundreds of emergency personnel searching across Aiken County.

According to the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office, Javeayah Kemauni Harris was last seen on the evening of June 30 near Hillsboro Street and Ridgecrest Road.

Authorities said she was wearing pink Minnie Mouse pajamas, pink Crocs, and had pink beads in her braided hair when she was reported missing.

The search has expanded significantly with ᴀssistance from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), multiple sheriff’s offices, police departments, firefighters, emergency responders, aviation units, drones, helicopters, K-9 teams, and specialized search crews.

Investigators have also conducted door-to-door checks, searched wooded areas, and reviewed surveillance footage while following every available lead.

Javeayah’s father, Johmarea Harris, has publicly thanked everyone participating in the search, describing the uncertainty as extremely difficult for the family.

Neighbors and community members continue gathering to offer prayers, encouragement, and support while hoping for a positive outcome.

Authorities continue urging anyone with information about Javeayah Kemauni Harris to contact investigators or call 911 immediately.

Officials emphasized that every tip is being carefully reviewed as search teams remain committed to locating the 4-year-old and bringing answers to her family.
